Ohmm....... Okay.
It was toasty here today. Went up to 27C or 81F. I was outside all afternoon and when I came in I looked like I had consumed a jug of wine or something - looking pretty red and leaning on the side of being well done. I forgot how quick that sun roasts my skin. Tonight I'm feeling like a dried prune as a result of it. I went for a little bike ride later this evening and the cooler air sure felt good on my skin.
So it's official! We have our passports. Yeah! There's the first step in manifesting our vision of crossing over the border this summer when we're out on one of our Sunday drives. Next on the vision board, is a trip to the states to visit our on-line friends. I'm not to sure how that's going to happen, or what the steps will be to get there, but getting our passports was certainly step number one and I trust the universe will lay out the next one. "Have passport - will travel." That's the little ditty going on in my head lately.

Passports! Hurray!! Let me know when you cross the border into Georgia. I'll be waiting with open arms!!!
One of the early disappointments of my childhood was discovering that people don't get along perfectly as adults. I had looked forward to adulthood as a time when everything would be sweetness and light.
Better to know "oops" than not know. We are grown-ups now. That does not make it less disappointing but to be expected in our grown up world.
No way to look into the eyes on here. Reaching for meaning through words is about all we have to work with. Sad but true.
Congrats on your passport! I felt like a "big girl" when I received mine!
"I can go ANYWHERE as long as I figure out how to pay for it! (;-)
They are the start of something good regardless, even when it is only a feeling ........
