I’m working on my two case studies I have to hand in tomorrow. It’s going well. I’ve got most of it done and I should be able to polish off the rest of it tonight. I’m doing my case studies on two anxiety disorders. One is Panic Disorder with Agoraphobia and the other one is a Social Phobia.
We have to write the case studies which have to follow certain criteria and include particular information like history of symptoms, affective symptoms, level of impairment and level of functioning and so on. Then we have to come up with a speculative diagnosis on a multi-Axial format followed by the treatment plan we will use with that client. It might sound pretty dry but it’s actually interesting to learn.
I’m going to leave early today as I’m meeting with the registrar of the college to discuss what the applied thesis course is all about, what I will have to do and what direction I am heading in once I finish my studies. I have to get a head start on things. The end of school will also mean the end of funding. I don’t want to be caught, up you know which creek, without a paddle. Talk about incentive!

I've included a couple of pictures I snapped this morning on my walk back from the service station where I left old Betsy for an oil change.

Absolutely beautiful snow pictures!! I can't believe that it's been nearly a year that you've been in school. Sounds like you're doing all you have to to make sure you don't find yourself up "that" creek!! Thinking of you and hoping you're staying w-a-r-m!!
Hugs, Paula
