Pemberton country. It's beautiful.
A walk through the forest.
I am frustrated with my course instructor who I sent numerous emails to in order to get access to the first of my three exams and that didn’t even work. I had to finally reach her by phone and say, “Hey, what’s up, I want in so I can keep moving along here.” It’s been close to two weeks since I sent in my first big paper and she hasn’t yet responded to that either. Kind of makes me feel like I’m working on my own and groping my way around in the dark.
One of my daughters has two Pugs one of which is learning to ride a motor bike like her, and another daughter just acquired a Chesapeake to add to the family of four legged when they come to visit. Plus, I might be dog sitting my sister’s 8 month old little hellion for a while this summer. Poor Pumpkin, she already thinks the world has gone to the dogs and then they show up at her door.

So where are we going this week? It’s a fish camp up by Louis Creek the other side of Barrier, BC. We are going to spend a week with Andree’s kids and their families. That means 16 of us with the children. I’m sure it will be a blast but I think it’s a good thing we have taken our own cabin. Should be interesting, a bed, a wood stove and that’s about it. No power, no inside washroom, just the essentials. But what else does a person need when we’re out in nature.
Oh, and here s a picture of one of our two trees in our yard when they were loaded with blooms just a few days ago. Aren't they something!

Wow! great pictures and all (;-) You both look so good!
Great pics of the new additons as well. BC is even more amazing than I remembered.
I hope you are able to get your course problems straightened out. Summer does have a way of frying the brain so maybe your instructor is dealing with that.
Have an amazing time with Andree's family and roughing it in the woods. Can't wait to read all about it when you come back.
Be safe and have a wonderful time. Miss you already
Barbara
I LOVE it when you post pictures! Let's me feel like I'm back in that beautiful country with my beautiful friends. Have fun next week and make good journal entries so you can come back and tell us all about it!
Be safe,
Paula
