Notes to Self and Others
Last week, someone very close to me and who I love very much, told me she had found a lump in her breast. Yesterday, she was scheduled for further investigation and medical tests. I waited patiently for the day to tick by and to get more news. The call came around supper time. “It’s just a cyst”, she said. The heaviness in the pit of my stomach lifted and tears of gratitude stung the back of my eyes. Gratitude for health and life is something we should have everyday.

I’m feeling like I’m falling behind. There are emails I need to get to and answer, birthday cards that should have already been sent out, a business plan that is not getting the attention I would like it to get, marketing I wanted to do which isn’t happening, workshops which need to be promoted and some I’ve already been asked to do which need to be put together and presented plus a course towards my degree which I want to get going on and I’m frustrated that all these things have been put on the back burner as our time is consumed by our search to find a place to live. Sixteen days and counting. Funny how having a place to hang a hat kind of takes priority.

A lump in the breast...one of our worst nightmares isn't it. I'm so glad your friend's turned out to be only a cyst, Annette.
I'm sure you both must be getting anxious with only 16 days to go, but am sure you won't be 'out on the street' :)
take care, and keep on smiling...
love...pat
Holding both you & Andree close with prayers & love, from my heart.
blessings,
Barbara
Blessings of love and sending you both warm "finding just what we need" energy. Love and Hugs, Linda
Something so little can make one realize the fragility and beauty that life holds, and should never be taken for granted. All other trivial matters just melt away at that point and we realize how blessed we really are. Holding fast to the positive as in "The Secret" can achieve the most desirable outcomes...that house is nearly done being manifested for you two!
